My technicians name Is Donald, and he was very thorough,very tidy. Donald answered all of our questions, and they are a little pricey,but the quality of work that Donald presented to us was worth it he gave us an amazing experience thank you Donald!
Patricia M.CA, CA0132Jan 14, 2024I requested one piece of pvc in yard to be capped off. The tech didn't listen and started digging up the ground before providing any estimates. They finally quoted over $1,300.00 and I was able to cap off the pipe myself in fifteen minutes with under $20 of supplies. I am a disabled senior and it wasn't easy for me due to swollen arthritic joints but I got it done. This excessive price gouging is ridiculous. I don't know if they do good work, but if you are considering them ask for a written quote with your exact scope of work before they take it upon themselves and make you feel pressured into signing something.
IMPORTANT Edit: I was NOT provided an upfront quote. The worker ignored my instructions and did as he pleased by digging a hole in an area I did not approve. It was afterwards that I was given a ridiculous quote. And I declined the work. Nothing was fixed. I fixed it myself as stated above.

I want to leave a review for the professional courteous and prompt response by Thompson family plumbing. They, unfortunately, do not pump septics. But they replied and were helpful by recommending another business here in town.

Once again, I called Thompson Family Plumbing for service. I have been using this company for approximately the last 8 years. Today Dean was my technician. Dean arrived on time, dressed professionally and ready to work. Dean went to work installing my expansion tank on my water heater. I chose to purchase the family plan which included a 65 point inspection, maintenance on my water heater, flush of the water heater, camera inspection of my septic lines and written estimates for any issues found. Dean was professional and knowledgeable and explained every step and sent me videos of the camera inspection.

Feb 18, 2023Previous reviewYesterday afternoon I was having a new refrigerator installed by Home Depot. They informed me that the emergency water shut valve was frozen and they could not do the install until that was replaced.
I called Thompson Family Plumbing in the late afternoon and they had a technician, Vincent here the next morning.
He had the valve replaced in no time. Vincent was friendly, courteous, explained everything to me and cleaned up completely afterwards.
Thompson Family Plumbing is the only plumbing company I have used for the last 7ish years. They're licensed and insured so I never have to worry IF there's a problem I'm covered.Nov 2, 2022Previous reviewOnce again I used Thompson Family Plumbing, and once again, I was not disappointed. Daniel cleared a clogged drain and installed a new kitchen faucet. Everything was perfect. I'm very happy with their workmanship and ethics.

You receive an email with a picture of your technician so you know who to expect at your front door. You receive updates on the arrival time of your technician and a written invoice/estimate afterwards

Each time the technician was on time, knowledgeable and got the job done for a reasonable price. I love that they send you a picture of the technician coming to your home. The technician shows up wearing a badge with his picture showing (not hidden), they stay in constant contact with you letting you know their eta and the office girls call the next day to follow up. I was even emailed a video of the inside of the pipes so I could see what really was going on in there. Thompson Family Plumbing will continue to be the plumbers I call for all our needs. New water heater and septic pumping are next on my needs to be done

They walked me through everything they did which was very helpful. My dog bit through a pipe for the sprinkler system which I don't use the sprinkler system so they closed it up and they even cemented over it again. They left everything nice and clean. I had no problems with them. You can tell the value their customers and their good reputation. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Faucet has been leaking in bathtub found out one problem was the water pressure reducer also found out bathtub faucet may have gone out due to this.
