Smooth process! The entire staff was easy to work with - they always answer the phone and when my escrow officer wasn't ready they stepped in with an answer.

I dealt with Lori was great to work with. She was very quick and transparent from start to finish. At no point was I unclear where we were in the process. When I threw a wrench in the works she was ready with solutions that made sense.

They Are expensive and you have to babysit them if you want them to do there job !! Patti Black is sarcastic and doesn't know how t do her job very well !

I am writing this review to give my full support to Holly Pruitt, the escrow officer who handled my listing which closed late July. Contrary to the review written on this site by the buyer in my transaction, my experience with Holly was outstanding. I cannot speak more highly of her. Not only is Holly very knowledgeable, and professional, but she gave 110% effort to keep everything organized and moving forward. There was a complication that arose in the last phase of the transaction which was due to the lender's eight day delay in (after the CD was issued) sending loan docs. The lender explained to us the internal issue they were experiencing that caused the delay and the lender accepted full responsibility. I am grateful to Holly for her calls, emails and efforts to keep things in order and on track.

I have worked with many escrow officers over the years, and Holly is the one who works with heart and passion. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work. I recommend Holly to anyone and everyone looking for an escrow officer. She is a gem.

I've worked with Lori Carhart, here for years. She's always reliable, extremely communicative and is a people pleaser. She's timely, works well with all personalities and just gets it done.
