I have been coming to Allure for years (off and on), the first services I had years ago was tattoo removal then one day as I was waiting for a treatment I met Pamela, I asked her about skin care, facials, etc Pamela was very knowledgeable and she encouraged me to try a facial. I ended up signing up for the monthly membership and I loved it. Unfortunately due to my schedule and living far from Allure I had to put a pause on my monthly facials and noticed a difference in the skin on my face ..the brightness was gone , glow was gone , texture changed (not in a good way ) so I decided to give Pamela a call and she was able to accommodate my schedule and get me in for a hydra facial ! After just one hydra facial my skin looks so much better already and I know it is going to take time to get my face back to how it once was so I signed up for a membership again.

I always love my experience here I have stubborn acne I've been coming here for a few years still have acne, I do get Botox the last time I got Botox from Mina she used a new type of botox and it didn't work my face was exactly the same it's didn't freeze my face at all even after the two week mark so I asked for a refund or for them to do it again for free since the first time it didn't work and they said no mind You I pay monthly about $300 as a member and I was very unhappy with my results I also drive all the way from Newport just to come here so it upsets me that they couldn't fix their mistakes.

I took advantage of a coupon for a complimentary facial and I'm so glad that I did! I had no idea what to expect, but Pamela made me feel very comfortable and provided much appreciated advice on how to take better care of my skin. I plan to use their services again!

A beautiful spa with friendly, caring, and professional staff. Mina is extremely knowledgable and is truly incredible...definitely Best in Class! She knows that I get anxious when I'm having a procedure done, and she always puts me completely at ease and asks through out if I am comfortable and doing ok. I feel that I am in the best hands. I was referred here by a friend to get my tattoo laser removal. The staff was super welcoming. Zulma was very helpful at the front desk and made my check in process smoothly. Nurse Taran was super knowledgeable and so kind. She made my visit as comfortable as possible. She is super knowledgeable and made the treatment super quick! They do have the pico laser so I recommend coming here for great results.

The results are minimal. I have hallowing eye sockets. I informed Mina I wanted the area filled to significantly reduce the appearance of the hollowing. On her recommendation and experience (consultation), I decided to moved forward. Upon completion I was immediately disappointed. I saw NO change! I told Mina I was not happy. She recommended additional fillers be used to get the look I wanted (which required me to purchase more than what she initially said was needed). This, she said, should do it. IT DID NOT!
I endured swelling and bruising under both my eyes for almost two weeks. And... I still have a moderate appearance of bags and hollowing! The overall results are minimal at best.

I love love love allure image! I was recommended by a family member who went to them and now I been a gold member for eight months! Your greeted with friendly/ energetic welcome from Lisa and Jessica and they just get you started on what you need for that day. And my girl Noemi has been the highlight of it all, she has worked and spent endless time making sure my face is getting the proper treatment as well informing me with every step that she does. For the past eight months we have seen a dramatic change in my skin and it just keeps getting better and better. Definitely five star rating!!
