A big wow!!

I first came across the pub/restaurant on a seasonal job posting. I had no idea it was here or existed.

AMBIANCE

Very impressed. Since this is part of or next to the Country Club, the all around vibe was nice at home ambiance.
Not a busy day for a Thursday

FOOD


The food or wings were excellent. Cooked nicely with great flavor. I do wish there was an option for a larger portion.

SERVICE

Service was outstanding!!

INCIDENT

During my visit on Thursday. A customer(s) or now an 86'd customer(s) did not pay their entire bill. They walked out basically. The entire scene was unfortunate. Joanna was in Pursue ( rightly so ) to locate the fleeing customers...Without going in to all the details...The issue was resolved.

I wanted to personally recognize Joanna and her professionalism. She handled the incident while remaining calm. She was very civil and surprisingly, kept a smile on her face during the incident and with the current guests in the pub.

This was amazing to watch! It was like watching a movie scene

I want to emphasize once again, on her demeanor and politeness. Truly admirable and left a great impression...Not only for 1906inc, but what we all need more of in this World we live in.

1906 Inc is located in Upland at the Upland Hills Country Club. (Please note this is open to the public - you do NOT need a tee time or membership to come)! There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking.

At this location you'll find indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely patio area complete with umbrellas for warmer days and heaters for the chilly ones ... we chose to sit outside, it was a beautiful day and enjoyed watching the ducks on the green as well as the fountain.

I truthfully didn't expect the food to be as good as it was !! The chef here is doing great things ! We started with the shrimp lettuce cups - sauce was amazing, just a little kick to it! We also tried the Catalina sandwich with fries - flavorful and amazing, crispy fries ! Then went with the chorizo eggs Benedict and WOW what a show stopper it was!! We had a round of golf to get to and were pleasantly surprised when our waitress told us she woke bring us plastic cups because we were allowed to take them to go on the course ! Amazing !

Our waitress Emma was awesome , very sweet and made recommendations when asked . She was very attentive to us.

They offer taco Tuesday specials, brunch and currently are offering MLB specials as the baseball season just started.

This is a hidden gem and we can't wait to come back to try more of their items !

So i was invited here for music bingo, I had to come straight from work and was told don't worry they have burgers and pizza. Biggest understatement. Full menu I had the surf and turf wrap so delicious! My husband had a bacon breakfast burrito which he really enjoyed. We also got to try a bite of that's night special which was a Buffalo chicken sandwich amazing I didn't order this because I didn't want the average chicken sandwich this was anything but average.
My cocktail was also so so good I had the rasberry lemonade with vodka. It was hard to choose everything on their signature cocktail menu sounded good.
Service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive.
Bathroom was spacious,clean and pretty!!
Bingo was so much fun and the music was great!!
I can't believe I didn't know this was here. We will be back and will most definitely be sharing how good the food, service and atmosphere was!!

One of our favorite spots. Food is always good and service is exceptionally great. Outside seating comes with a beautiful view of a golf course, families of ducks, eager squirrels and overall good vibes.

Eh, it's ok. Service was so slow. No refills. The cook did not pay any attention to how we ordered our lunch. For the price you expect great customer service especially, when they are not busy. The tater tots were loaded in salt could not even eat them. My hands were so greasy ... We will give it another try.

We absolutely love 1906! We have been coming here for a few years now for drinks, brunch, trivia or just a week night dinner. The food is always amazing, no matter what we order, staff is always pleasant and prompt and the trivia is so fun! Love this hidden gem!!

I got married at 1906 in June of 2023 and everything was absolutely perfect! Working with them was so easy and they made the day of my wedding stress free ! They did an amazing job with my set up. Everything was exactly what I wanted! Also all of the vendors they work with were also amazing!

Hidden gem! With good food.. beautiful view of the golf course. There is indoor and outdoor dining ... outside has a cute patio lined with lights, perfect for a nice warm summer night . Service was fast and friendly. We have been here twice once in the evening and once for breakfast and each time the food was delicious. I ordered their breakfast burrito and the tater tots were crispy and filling. My husband had their breakfast with bacon, tater tots, eggs and toast. prices are more than reasonable and can't wait to come back again!

Food, service, and ambiance! Our server was delightful! Great place to eat and hang out even if you don't golf. Many TV's to watch from as well!
