Rancho Monte Vista Apartments, located at 2100 W Arrow Rte, Upland CA 91786, has been performing rental contracts and breaching them without a licensed representative. I have tried to remove my name off of the lease, which its term was already fulfilled; however, the staff at the main office refused, even with a legally signed 30-day notice, and l am trapped, unable to get my name removed. have been trying to do so since November 1st, 2023, in which the last few months I have still been given the run around, unable to speak to the corporate office, nor even given the number to call them. The 47-page rental agreement states clearly that l am able to do so, as the office denies the request even though it is stated clearly in the contract the tenant's right to vacate. Also, when asked for their Real Estate License for conducting business as Property Manager, they have none. Manager Tyonni is a joke, will lie to your face give you the run around and deny deny. If you want to live somewhere that has a management team that lies to you when confronted on something they said, this is the place for you. Make sure to always have a witness with you when taking to them, they like to deny when caught in a lie.

Today we took a tour of the Rancho Monte Vista Apartments and we were very impressed by Kaiden! He was very informative, knowledgeable, respectful and funny! He made the tour and the stress of finding a new home enjoyable! We appreciated his professionalism and ability to personalize the tour to our proposed needs! Thanks Kaiden!

I called to inquire about a 3 bedroom apartment and spoke with Tyonni. Tyonni informed me that unfortunately Rancho Monte Vista does not offer 3 bedroom apartments and asked me my price range. After telling her the price range I would like to stay in she told me about Arrow Vista Village Luxury apartments which they are affiliated with and literally right down the street! Rather than giving me the number to Arrow Vista and ending the call, Tyonni stayed on the phone with me and answered all my questions. Tyonni was very helpful and knowledgeable! I wish the customer service was this great everywhere!

I work here, and i am having worst experience of my life. The maintenance tech is very spiteful to the new supervisor that is coming aboard. The management is the manager you can find out for yourself on that one place is not welcoming. Is hideous to the plane eye if you choose to be a dirty person and like having roaches then this is the place for you, you will fit right in. The management company is a joke they just want the money have no concern for people in general did a walk through and everything is ok what a joke.

Today I did a tour of the property and the ladies that I was working with were very insightful and very friendly. I believe one was named Toni and the other was named Meg. They showed me some of the floor plans that they though would best fit my needs. I'm super excited about the next steps in the process. The property office was neat and clean and very comfortable. I'll be coming in tomorrow to hopefully get the document process started.

Place is completely outdated. Management only cares when convenient for them. The women in the office no sirven para nada. I overheard someone reach out to the office about a dead rat that has been outside where we park our cars. Almost two months have passed it's still there!! Last thing someone wants to do is catch a disease from stepping on a dead street rat and bringing it home to my children! It's been almost more than a year and the remote controller for the gym is held up by tape and zero battery's. How is it that "luxury apartment homes" have nothing luxurious about them? I've been to nicer hotels that have heated pools and better management. What a joke for anyone to pay over 2400 to live here. Little did I know unfortunately. Anyone is better off living in Riverside at this point. I'm writing this so no one can make the mistake of moving here. Whatever generic message I will receive by posting this review, just save yourself some time and don't.

Do not rent here. cannot wait for my lease to end. Terrible and rude management.
This seems like a great place to live until you actually need help with something. Imagine being rude/unprofessional to somebody concerned about their safety. You could've simply said its out of your control. Also I wish there was more communication that car theft is a problem in this complex. If you can wait, go elsewhere.

I was a previous resident at this apartment complex and had a pleasant experience overall. The amenities were well kept and the office staff was available and helpful. Tyonni responded to a few minor concerns of mine in a timely manner. Megan was especially supportive on the weekends when the rest of the staff was off. I had several urgent maintenance/plumbing issues and Megan ensured they were addressed right away. Megan also helped me explore different floor plan options and pricing when I was looking to move into a larger space.

Would not recommend. I really have nothing good to say about this complex or the staff. Dirty with huge water bugs. When I brought this to the staff's attention they said they could spray more, but whether they did or not who knows because they were still around often. We were on the third floor, and our neighbor below would smoke cigarettes and throw the cigarette butts out and they would land right in front of our garage. Sketchy surrounding area due to litter, tons of trash on the bike trail, and homelessness. I was prepared to not get my deposit back because I figured the complex was going to do all they could to take it, which was true, but they also asked for an additional amount to cover "damage" costs and painting, worth 335.00 to paint the front door (unclear as to why that needed it) and also the hallway cabinets and bathroom. I wrote an email stating I was not understanding why this additional cost was being added because the front door was already worn from previous exposure to the outside, and that the bathroom and hallway cabinets did not need paint. I said I had pictures to prove the paint was more than fine as it was. Never got a reply, so please Rancho Monte Vista Apartments, do not reply to this review with some generic, "if you have concerns or questions please feel free to email...." because I did and did not get a response. Also, I am not looking for one now. I just want to write this review because I remember I was on the fence about this apartment due to the negative reviews, but my partner and I decided to move in thinking the people writing the comments might have been over exaggerating, but no we absolutely regret it. We only rented for the 11 month lease, but moved out after 7 months. So if this can act as a deciding factor for another young couple looking to rent, look elsewhere at another complex.
