Stopped in here today was riding my electric bike on the bike trail.
Looking for a bike for my granddaughter .
Everybody is so nice. But nothing better then the older man sitting at the front from Arkansas loved him . when we do get her bike we will definitely buy with this company.

We were on a bike ride on the Pacific Electric Trail and spotted the Pedego Bike shop. My friend wanted to get so accessories for his bike so we stopped there. The owners, Jerry and Susie were very down to earth, super friendly and very helpful. My friend got a basket for his bike and Jerry installed it at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them for any bike needs. They also had lots of brand new electric bikes to choose from.

We bought a bike for my son for Christmas from Pedego Electric Bikes here in Upland, and have been blown away by how helpful and positive the folks here are, especially Jerry. He is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells, and stands behind them. His enthusiasm for cycling and for electric bikes is paired with an excellent ability to make connections and convey his knowledge. My son raves about the bike he got, and when I took an opportunity to rent a bike from the shop, I can say that the Pedego bikes are very intuitive to use. They work quite well from no pedal assist at all, up to allowing the electric motor to take over completely. I am definitely interested in getting my own bike, and whenever I do, this is definitely where I will go to get it.

Ok so I went into the bike shop!!! And didn't walk out empty handed ok maybe the first trip looking for something that my son can ride to school and home.... My husband said no way .. He changed his mind I went and talked to Gary and Susie great people bought my son his ride !!! Went in again the beginning of December my husband wanted a bike .. Guess what we went in again and he bought a bike !!! I have an electric bike already not a Pedego bike but I have one I got a few years back needed some work done on it ... tune up new tires etc... they fixed it .. So I'm ready to become one with the boys and buy a new one will hand down mine to my daughter .. so bike number 3 is in the way to go shopping for .... Love this place

While riding to Rialto, my friend ended up with a flat and this place saved us today. Luckily we were close by and they sold the right inner tube! Was about $10. They have a mechanic on site but he wasn't there yet so we just changed it ourselves. Restroom available on site. Right off the Pacific Electric bike path.

Helped figure out what was wrong with the cheap e-bike I bought from out of country. Excellent and inexpensive work, will be bringing this and other bike here regularly!

Susie & Jerry provided wonderful customer service. The minute you walk in your greeted and they make you feel like family. This was our first time riding electric bikes and we really enjoyed it. We had a large group of 11 people including 6 kids ages ranging from 14 to 10 months. They were able to accommodate us all. We had a buggey, tandem, Tricycle, and 3 single bikes. I chose upland because the bike trail is literally at their back door. And they make sure you feel comfortable riding before you take off. We really enjoyed our Mother's Day bike ride. We will definitely be back!! We had a great time.

Bought two new electric bike to help get in shape. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the bike so far has been excellent.

I got a flat on the trail that runs by this shop and Jerry was so helpful in me getting back to my ride! Had a great time talking to him with my cousin. He and his wife are very nice people!
