Medplus Hospice Services

Medplus took care of my mother and father while on hospice during their final days. They also took care of my mother in law as well. MedPlus is very family oriented and go above and beyond taking care of our family. To the entire team at MedPlus, thank you so much for the care you gave our family.

This company aided with the care of my grandfather in his passing over. I can't express my appreciation for this team. They went above and beyond making sure that he had all of the medical equipment I requested before his arrival. They even provided transportation that was over an hour away to get him to my home safely. No matter the time of day or night, they answered my calls or text and always accommodated our needs. I work in a facility that at times is in need of hospice services. I am pleased to say that MedPlus's services for loved ones in our community have always been above what we expect. They are quick to go above and beyond to make sure their patients AND families are well taken care of. In times that are emotionally hard and people are grieving, their nurses and staff truly care. Oganes, the owner, has such a big heart and has passion for this industry. He always sees to it that all needs are met. I am grateful that we have Oganes and his team, and that they share our same visions which caring for people with dignity, respect and compassion.

My family is using Medplus Hospice services and it's been a great transition. This is a very difficult time in our lives due to to our loved one going through her end of life. Having said that, the owners and staff of this company are not only professionals in their field but are the most caring individuals not only with the patients but the family that is going through the most traumatic, emotional time of their life. I have been with other companies in the past and they have been good, but this company stands as No. 1 in my book. Our family recently needed hospice services for our mother. After interviewing a few companies we chose Medplus Hospice Services in Upland. Our family was distraught and wanted the best care for our mom. The staff at Medplus, Oganes, Jackie, Lourdes & Noelvi all tended to our mom. They all went above & beyond. They treated our mom with such kindness & dignity. The really were on call to us 24 hrs. It is very scary to see your loved one dying. Medplus was there for our entire family to help & calm all of us. Even after our mom's passing Medplus is still checking in with our family to see how we are and if we are in need of anything. We are so happy we chose such a caring hospice company to help us in our time of need.
