This is the second time I have used this company for my BLS re-certification. They are kind, professional and extremely accommodating. I called at 12:30 to see if they could help me and I was done by 3:30 the same day! I've given their information to our hospital staff Ed department so others can use them. They have a new website:

First time doing ACLS and Annette made it the process super easy and I left her class feeling like I KNOW ACLS. She explained things so thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. She really knows her stuff and knows how to teach it as well! Truly an awesome place to go and I will definitely be back for my future certifications.

Annette is a great instructor and very knowledgeable! She worked with my schedule and is very patient. She had all the tools needed so I can get the full hands on experience. I will be coming back when I need to get a renewal. Thank you!

My place of employment offers free BLS/ACLS training but I refuse to go through them. Annette provides a low stress environment and makes it easy to learn. She always answers any questions and really wants her students to pass. I've been going through her for a few years now and will continue to do so.

Frank taught me for my first CPR certification two years ago and now I'm back for my renewal with Annette! Both instructors have been excellent! Clear explanations and tips made me feel more confident to perform cpr when needed. I had my first emergency event a few weeks ago at work, requiring me to perform CPR and I'm glad that I could remember everything they taught me to perform high quality CPR! Definitely recommend if you need your certification!!

Absolutely the best instructor for my professional required classes needed to maintain my license. The class is enjoyable yet very informative. I definitely will be coming back when needed.

This is the place to go if you need to get CPR certified! I called in the morning and was able to get a 1 on 1 slot with Annette later that afternoon. I had taken the online portion of the course beforehand which was very confusing to understand. However, Annette made the concepts super easy to understand. I am confident in doing CPR if needed now.

Did my BLS renewal with Annette and it was perfect. She is a great teacher, friendly and very knowledgeable. She emphasized the important points in BLS and what is new in BLS. She also helped me understand the algorithms better and gave me easy ways to remember them. I would recommend her to all the healthcare professionals out there.

Annette is a great teacher. She makes everything easy to understand. All Covid precautions were taken. It was a fun class. I highly recommend this business.

I don't leave many reviews but in this case I feel I have to. I am currently getting my certification in medical assisting and was in the need for a CPR card with certain specifications. I when go to AHA and found a CPR BSL course that "I thought" was the correct course that I needed to take. I spoke with Frank and he reassured me this course will be okay for what I was looking for. After paying to secure my spot I emailed my school instructor and asked her if this course would work she explained the CPR card needed to state "AED training." I text the number that Frank text me from confirming my class time and date and whoever responded back to me was very unprofessional and rude. I explained to them that I was new to this and just wanted to verify what my instructor was looking for and the person responded "Apparently you are new to the medical field and are in for a very big surprise!" Like what was that supposed to mean? And then went on to say "apparently you didn't understand clearly what your instructor stated you should take!" When I clearly explained to this person that I was just verifying that it stated "AED training" on the CPR card, I clearly understood what my instructor what saying and was just verifying that information with this person. Because I felt that this conversation was going nowhere I then asked for a refund and the person stated I needed to go to the website for refunds. I went to the website and it stated " text or email" would be sufficient enough to cancel and request a refund. The number it provided to text to request that was the same number I was texting. I text the person and made them aware it says to text the same number and no response back I also sent an email so let's see if I get a response. This was just very unprofessional and unnecessary to be going back and forth with someone that has been in the "industry for over 20yrs." In the end all I was doing was asking questions to make sure I was taking the correct class and all this person was doing was being very defensive as if I was questioning their training, apparently there was a confusion on their end because I never questioned their teaching or their ability to teach.
