So, I hit up this Marine Veteran Bar last night and had something I gotta tell everyone about: a baked ziti burger. Yeah, you heard that right. THE JOHN BASILONE BURGER!

It's as wild and delicious as it sounds, all cozied up between two slices of sourdough that's toasted to perfection. Not burnt, but just the right amount of crispy. And the Parmesan? Toasted just right, adding this insane crunch that's a game changer.

It's run by a vet, Mike, and you can feel the pride and spirit the moment you walk in. Eating this burger, you're not just having a meal; you're part of something bigger. It's comfort food taken to the next level, with a side of respect and camaraderie.

If you're in the mood for something hearty, cheesy, and straight-up delicious, served in a spot with real soul, you've gotta check this place out. Great food great beers, You gotta try it!

My family and I ordered delivery and we have never been to the restaurant before. The burgers were lacking flavor, I was hopeful because of the size in the photos but it just tasted blah. The fries were okay, I asked for ranch and ketchup. Only got ketchup, maybe they don't have ranch. I am not sure. The tater tots were very hard,
Like maybe they were cooked too long. The cheese sauce is just strange. I tastes like eating flour, not anything I want on my burger and I would have preferred actual cheese. Maybe it would have been good with actual seasoning but it was lacking.
So we were all starving, we ate it, it was okay. Nothing that I would order again. There are way too many other options for burgers. Maybe the fans like to go in have a drink and a burger. So I am sure this would hit the marks. But if you're looking for food flavor it's not there.

I want this place to be amazing. Food was a mostly a bust. Got the pretzels and beer cheese. The cheese was exactly like a rue, before you add the liquid. Unfortunately i also got a burger with the same cheese on it. Besides it having the dense glob of cheese on it, my burger was soggy and tasteless. The wings were big and cooked perfectly. Beer was cold, and the bartender was attentive and suggested items to drink. I was hoping they had more light beer options (gets me to stay there longer) but unfortunately the only mainstream they had was Coors original. (Not my cup of beer). I ended up getting a local IPA, it was delicious. I will attempt the place again. I just hope they improve their food.

Revision- gave you another star for the response. Please tell your bartenders to also offer the bottled beer. I was also told that the only beer they had was on the wall ( those were not) and I specifically asked for something light. The beer cheese tasted fine, but when i cant dip the pretzel in it, then it becomes more of a cheese spread, maybe serve it with a knife. I will be back. Lets turn this into a 5 star review next time.

Had the all American burger, it had the char flavor I've been looking for. Juicy, tasty and fresh. It was so yummy and big for me though. I couldn't finish it. Their steak fries and onion rings also good! I also had a coke, why not! It had the best carbonated coke since I don't know when. It was all good. I finally found my burger spot.

Met a friend here for lunch, not knowing what to expect. We had the mozzarella sticks to start, and they were okay. The burger was phenomenal though and who doesn't love a good steak fry? Prices were between $15-20 for burgers and shoestring fries. Steak fries & other options available at an upcharge.

Interior is smaller than expected but very comfortable, if very crowded. Relaxed crowd and super friendly wait staff. I'd revisit... but I'm bringing my glasses next time because phew, that menu text is itty-bitty.

got the hot Cheeto cheeseburger. It tasted delicious was plenty cheesy got the curly fries with In-N-Out style dressing. It was really amazing and really creamy.

Was a little decisive after walking in as it felt like a record had scratched. We were stared at by workers from behind the bar as we took a seat and a gentleman just told us to let him know when we were ready to order. To our surprise the staff actually ended up being extremely nice and my husband and I sat at the bar and chatted with them all for a while! Food was great, drinks were fantastic and service ended up being stellar lol. Definitely will be returning!

Best burgers EVER! Pretzel bites and beer cheese- yum! Great selection of beer and THE BEST SANGRIA you will ever have! Great staff and fun atmosphere.

It was my first time at this place and it's a little hidden. The food was delicious especially the mac n cheese fries with the hot cheetos. I would have given this place a 5, but unfortunately I walked in and was not greeted so I did not know if I needed to wait to be seated. It was a little awkward for me lol We ended up just finding a table to sit at. It also took a little bit to be acknowledged or to even have anyone say that they will be at our table as soon as they can. The place was not busy at all. Anyway, we were well taken care of by Mel (I believe that's her name) and she was super friendly. The gentleman in the kitchen def knows how to cook! Everything was cooked well and very delicious! I would definitely come back to this place though!

Recently came to this spot for dinner with some former colleagues and had an absolutely wonderful time. Although this place seems to be more of a crowd of regulars they were still welcoming to new faces. This place is unique in that they are a brewery and eatery and not just a brewery that outsources their meals with food trucks.

I really appreciated that they had various beer choices as well as wines, as many of my female friends don't drink beer. So wine was a nice alternative. I really enjoyed their house burger. Their house burger has am option of their beer cheese which I recommend and come with shoe string fries. My only regret was not upgrading, however who really serves shoe string fries as their primary fry? Only other thing that caught me off guard was that the beer cheese was extra. On their menu there is no mention of it. It is just listed as an option for their house burger. However I still recommend it, as it was tasty and something different. Overall I would give them a 3.5 however more so a 4 than a 3.
