So much appreciation for them. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for this shop. I was in much needed guidance after experiencing such horrible overpriced experience at another local mechanic shop. Feeling defeated and overcome with worry I prayed and was guided to call this shop. From the first phone call they were welcoming, friendly and very professional. I have extended warranty on my vehicle and well, they are great to have I also understand they are also a pain and can be demanding working with a third party; not only did they work with them they also did the non warranty part for not even half of what the other shop was asking for. I was out of town and not familiar with a lot considering I don't know much about vehicles. They communicated well with my insurance and husband and guiding us truly to the best, honest, ethical options. Shops and customer service like this, sadly, don't exist anymore, let alone the honesty of work. My sister lives nearby and I will always bring my vehicle to this shop when I'm in town. I trust them fully and I am so appreciative. Thank you All!

I was looking for a Lexus GS 350 F Sport on the Internet, and came across 123 Auto. I live in Thousand Oaks, so it's quite a drive to Upland, but I'm sure glad that I made the trip! I can't express how much of a pleasure it was dealing with Ed. He went out of his way to complete necessary repairs and when the repairs were more expensive than expected, he covered the cost. I found Ed to be very honest and a man of his word. When I am looking to buy my next car, my first call will be to 123 Auto.

For a little over 2 years my car had been shaking when I would come to a complete stop & sometimes it was an intense vibration. I used to always take my car to the dealer to get maintenance done. I took it twice to the dealer they never could figure out what it was despite me paying for a diagnostic & spending hundreds of dollars. Then I took it to a local shop who claimed all the work they did would solve the issue & wasted another $700. After these 3 occasions I was hesitant to take it anywhere because it was simply wasting my money & nothing was being resolved. I finally decided give it another shot and to go 123 auto center because my uncle recommended it. I wish I would have came here from the start! Right away I explained the problem & even drove the car with a mechanic so I can explain & demonstrate what the car would do because sometimes it would only shake on very specific occasions. They figured out what was wrong with the car and the issue has since been fixed! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs done. They are very honest, have good customer service, are not over priced & most importantly they actually resolve the issue. I also appreciated that they send you your invoice thru text & you can approve or decline the work online.

I took my daughter to buy a Mercedes from this used car sales / automotive repair shop. After we had purchased the car we had noticed that there was an oil leak , we took the vehicle back to the owner and he repaired it at no cost to us even though it wasn't a cheap fix. I appreciate that the owner was a good enough person to fix the car even though by law he didn't have to.

Bought a Ford Five Hundred from here just about a month ago and all I can say is thanks to Ed and his son Eli for making it simple and easy. Car runs great and looks great too after 1000 miles put on it. Definitely recommend from me.

Amazing job on my mom's 2002 Avalon! The Nordstrom's of car service. Honest, hard working auto shop with clean bathrooms, free WiFi, tv, nice waiting room , and a fair price. Highly recommend!!!

Totally trust this place, specifically James and the value is the best around. I had a clunker for years and after hunting down affordable mechanics for years, they are hands down the best. Thank god I have new car now, but if something happens I'm definitely calling James before Toyota.
