Our Discover Upland Campaign was developed by the Upland Chamber of Commerce to encourage both businessmen and residents to shop and enjoy our great city. By doing this we are putting valuable tax dollars back into our city coffers. We as businessman and residents will benefit by having a better infrastructure i.e…street maintenance and sidewalks. The city will also be able to maintain a proper Fire Department and Police Department for the safety and wellbeing of the City of Upland.
